Dear KJA Members or Parents,

If you are receiving this e-mail, you or your son or daughter is enrolled in the Teen/Adult session in a Judo Shiai division. Please refer to the timeline below for planning. (Allow a few extra minutes ahead of time to park, enter through the back door, remove shoes and to be hand stamped.  All shoes are to be carried downstairs in plastic bags that will be provided at the door for convenience. When you are ready to leave, please carry shoes back upstairs before putting on to wear. )

REMINDER: Male competitors do not wear t-shirts under the uniform to compete. Female competitors must wear a solid white crew neck t-shirt that does not stick out at the sleeves.

Teen/Adult Session:
Competitors/Spectators Arrive: 4:00pm - 4:10pm
Competitor Roll Call on the Mat & Warm-up: 4:10pm - 4:30pm
Shiai & Newaza matches: 4:30pm - 5:15pm (3 minute matches)
Shiai Award Presentations and Group Photo: 5:15pm - 5:30pm

Annual awards for Leadership, Most Improved and Fighting Spirit will be given for male and female players in the Teen and Adult categories.

Pizza Party and Raffle Basket Drawings: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
